I was very disappointed with Jetblue's treatment during the flight cancellation on Aug 2nd 2017. I understand that flights get cancelled , but the way they handled it was terrible. After waiting many hours we finally borded the plane and then we were told that the flight was cancelled by the company even after newark gave clearance to land. I then had to wait a long time with all the other passengers to find another flight, which was from Tampa 150 miles away. This was a very costly and stressful experience and the Jetblue airline failed totally. Passenger waiter hours while they looked for options. The the Police officers showed up to keep us under control in case it got out of hand
