Normally I absolutely LOVE Delta. The last three years of flying with them, I have never had a problem. However, this time around I couldn't help but notice how they carelessly throw bags around like nothing. My spouse and I just purchased brand new luggage before this trip, and once we arrived to our destination, they were FILTHY. We noticed this with many other passengers as well. Not only that, but the bottom handle and "stand" on my bag, opposite of the wheels, are completely snapped off, making my luggage lopsided. Just very disappointed with how luggage was handled this time around....
