Highly Disappointed in your employees lack of customer service skills, the tardiness of your flights and simply your no guidance policy. Our flight was supposed to be at 6pm going to Orlando. We have two small children and not only was I pushed aside when I asked to have my children seat next to me. I was told to come back to the front desk because the attendant DID NOT have time to assist me being that the flight was delayed. Is that really how you tell your passengers that flights are delayed and is that really how you treat mothers with children. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH JETBLUE AGAIN. EVER!
