I flew Cathay Pacific from Seoul to Perth en route Hong Kong in Dec 2016. The experience was as awful as my previous one from New York to Perth in July 2016. I couldn't watch any movies because the system wasn't working, and there was no provision of water in between meals. When I asked for water, the air stewardess gave me a look of displeasure. When I patiently told the air steward that I thought my air fare included a fully functioning audio visual system, he told me the seats were full and the only option was a seat far behind in the plane. The head rest on the seat also gave me a bad neck ache. Further, come mealtime, when I chose the chicken option in the menu, I was provided with pork.
