I flew with EasyJet for a number of years, primarily because they were cheap. However, don't let their company name fool you, they may be cheap, but they are certainly not easy. I have been delayed nearly every time when flying with this airline. I naively pinned my experiences down to bad luck, but I have now realised this is not the case. Not only is EasyJet unreliable and disorganised, but they are rude and lack customer care. The day I decided to never fly with EasyJet again was the day we were delayed for over 23 hours. Although it was not the fact that we were delayed that really upset us, it was the way we were treated by EasyJet during this very stressful period of time. We were given no support, let alone any communication from the airline, in such a way, that we felt as if we were abandoned. To understand what happened, we wrote numerous emails, as we thought perhaps there was something we missed. The replies we were getting from EasyJet, were basically statements of Policy, the same ones every time, as if they were automated. EasyJet in my experience is a dreadful airline and I would not recommend flying with them. You pay for what you get, and you get rubbish.
