JetBlue Airways review by emma 2017-04-30

Our first flight from Boston, Massachusetts to Florida was great, just amazing. On the way back our flight was supposed to take of at 4 pm so we could get home at a reasonable hour so the kids could get enough sleep for school the next day. I got an alert that said our flight was delayed by 1 hour. Then I got another one and another. Our flight ended up being 5 and a half hours delayed. My family and I just waited around the airport for 5 hours doing nothing. But the worst part was that our flight was from Florida to New Jersey, then from New Jersey to Boston. the soonest they could get us on a flight was on Thursday (it was Sunday at the time.) Our only other option was to fly on delta from New Jersey to Boston which would cost an extra 1200 dollars. They wouldn't refund us if we took delta. We landed in New Jersey at 12:30am. My Husband and I decided to rent a car and drive 5 hours to our house. We got hame at 5:30 in the morning and I had work and the children had school. They gave us a 125 dollar credit to use on future flights.
