LOT Polish Airlines review by John 2014-10-13

Don't Fly LOT Airlines Tallin to Warsaw and Warsaw to Frankfurt Unable to get ticket for second flight; was told to get it at transfer center in Warsaw. Got in the Gold Star Alliance line, but asked to move to a longer line--I mean 20 people longer line-since this line was now only for buying tickets. No other star alliance line or preference. Get to the front and was told we would have to wait till 45 minutes before takeoff to get our boarding passes. The LOT business lounge is awful....period. Most unhelpful on everything and wasn't going to let us in without a ticket. Fortunately had an e-ticket. Not that it matters; been here once before and they run out of food and don't replenish; no printers so you can get a boarding pass. Awful. My wife said no more LOT, no matter how much we save on the fare and I agree. Don't fly this airline.
