Economy Class

Overall horrible customer service with this airline. First called to change my return flight and was told I couldn't do that without Thai credit card (is this an international airline?). Went to Don Maung airport desk as instructed and they also refused to help me until I called and made a fuss. All the while the flight fare change had increased 3000Baht! I'm now in a queue for the last 20 mins waiting to check in before they will change my return flight...Never again!
