Air New Zealand review by Harry 2016-08-31

I've always had Air NZ as my first option, but this time round I'm a little disappointed. When I was going through the movies, I saw a little dollar sign, thinking what this might be I clicked on it. Apparently now, you have to pay extra, on top of what you've already payed for the tickets, to watch movies, old or new they still cost. Basically all TV Shows are free but that's not the point. We were excited to hear the meals coming out. Nope, walked straight by us, so apparently now you have to pay extra for food aswel. Oh yes and drinks too, they cost extra. This needs to change back to how it originally was. EDITORS COMMENT: This is only because you chose the cheaper ticket rather than 'the works' that includes everything. Air New Zealand are great in that they offer you three different economy fares so you can choose what you get and more importantly what you pay.
