Air Canada review by Chris 2016-01-17

Heathrow to Ottawa, AC889 15 Jan 16. Off the bat the aircraft seems old- 15-20 years old. 1 hr into the flight it became apparent that 2-3 of the 4 washrooms had broken up- no water or no suction. At this point the lineups become lengthier. When raising the point with the staff (waiting for the one still working washroom) they were very sympathetic, and replied: "Sir, we know! If you can, avoid the Boeing 767-300" !!! Eventually, the antique infotainement system, sound barely audible- be it recent movies, nails this rating. It is, by far, the worse flight experience in 15-20 years, a 1993 star experience in 2016- which means unacceptable. It would barely pass as a short-haul carrier, but definitely not long range... Tasty tiny meals, excellent staff service, v v v crappy aircraft...
