Air Canada review by tim

Flying from Las Vegas to Heathrow the connection was missed due to a aircraft breakdown. On arrival at Boston late evening we were told to hop on the shuttle to an hotel. It was full up so we were bused back to the airport. The same thing happened at the next hotel. We were then told that the only hotel available was $500 per person per night! We were told that Air Canada would pay $200 and we would have to pay the rest or try to sleep on the rock hard airport chairs overnight and we would receive the $200 compensation. Exhausted and 14 hours later, without sleep we finally left. Air Canada have refused compensation other than to offer 25% off of the next flight! A flight that will NEVER take place. Lousy service and liars to boot! Never again! I would give these no stars if I could! Disgraceful. Your choice!
