PER-KUL flight arrived destination early but negated by long wait for luggage to appear on the carousel. Take-off and landing bumpy - unsure if this is due to small plane B737 or pilot. KUL-PER flight delayed - airline were still allowing passengers to board plane 20 mins after ETD. Flight attendant had her hand out brushing pass every passenger's arm to clear way for food trolley. This happened 4-5 times during flight and was annoying for me. Entertainment were old movies and TV series. Ear plug types earphones provided were inadequate to block engine noise.
