I am very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service I experienced from united. Due to a medical issue I was unable to fly out on the date for which I booked my flight, we had bid on tickets and they were not changeable or refundable. The agent Miguel went above and beyond to help me and fix the situation. I am so thankful for him, if it wasn't for that, I am not sure of what we would have done!
