Economy Class

Our plane was delayed 3 hours on the way to go out of town, and then when we came back home our plane got delayed 5 different times and then was cancelled at the last minute. We were traveling with children so delays and cancellation was a huge problem.Then when I called spirit no one was understanding of my concerns and how frustrated we were. No one tried to put us at ease or was sincere at all! Our flight was cancelled on a Sunday and Spirit said they could not get us on another flight until Tuesday night. Which was completely ridicules. Our children had school on Monday and my husband and myself had to work. No one could figure anything else out for us. We had to stay in MN until Tuesday night meaning our children missed 2 days of school, we missed two days of work, we had to pay additional for our car rental for two days, and pay additional two days for hotel and food accommodations for my family. The whole experience was TERRIBLE!! We have done a lot of traveling and have never experienced anything like this before. We will be spreading the word to everyone we know to NOT fly Spirit airlines! Spirit is uncaring, money hungry, rude, scamming idiots.
