Finnair review by Howard 2017-06-10

My wife & I flew Finnair Business Class on a Helsinki to Madrid sector. The seats were economy, the aircraft had not been cleaned for years. I was given a wet towel that I had to use to clean my filthy armrests. Cloth turned black! How can this be called business class. Helsinki airport business lounge was totally inadequate for the number of people using it. Very poor food selection and very tired looking lounge. No seating provided at the gate and very little room for anybody to pass through airport. As Australians, we have been encouraged to use Helsinki as an easy gateway to Europe. Helsinki airport and Finnair need to improve the quality of the airport services and their aircraft to get us back again!
