Economy Class

I was charged double because I changed my flight from Iceland to Boston by ONE day due to sickness. Customer service is a joke. The first call is to a person, after that it is through e-mail. Very frustrating system but I am sure it is done this way to discourage complaints. EDITORS COMMENT: If you are holding a non flexible fare then no changes are permitted no matter what the circumstances. This is standard across most of the industry.
