Delta Air Lines review by Mike 2016-10-02

My wife and I flew from Las Vegas to Detroit. We had seats next to each other, but because Delta changed to a bigger plane to make more money they changed everyone's seats. My was is a very anxious flying. When I asked delta why our seats where changed so we where not sitting next to each other, they said we got bigger plane so we could make more money on the flight because higher demand. So delta could make more money we lost our seats together. Delta's only offer of help was to tell us to ask the people around us to switch seats. I have been flying delta for 30 years and have had sky priority all those years and this is how they treat their frequent flyers. It was my problem to figure out the seat change, not theirs. The only reason, so they could make more money. Class act delta. So glad all my flying on delta to get priority status gets me poor service from Delta. Time to change to another airline. Hopefully they will transfer my sky priority status over and I will get better service.
