My husband and I travelled from Singapore to London in first class. The aircraft was clean and crew were very friendly and efficient, nothing seemed too much trouble. Food & beverage was excellent, flat bed & bedding very comfortable. One minor issue the coffee machine had broken. Still had a reasonable cup of coffee.
