Travelled from Phoenix to Melbourne, paid for luggage at US airport $180 from Phx to Mel (it's in their website too!) but at Nadi, Fiji they forced us to pay again $416 for the luggage ( we have showed our payment receipt and their website, but they r just ignoring that completely) and literally threatened us if you don't pay, u can't board the flight. Returning home we contacted several times with this airlines but they are as rude as the airport staff. Saying it's completely normal to pay twice for the same luggage. And not to mention their worst food servings! Only one cold meal in 11 hrs flight! I am just completely done with this airlines and won't recommend to anyone!!!
