I am shocked at the poor service that I have received in light of the security threat in Brussels. I had booked my return ticket through Brussels a few months ago when the security threat was not an issue. However, when I tried to catch my flight cancel my first flight and only catch my connecting flight in Amsterdam to avoid this unsafe area, KLM wants to charge me $138. This is extremely insensitive to the situation presently in Brussels. The airline should recognize the state of emergency in the city and should accommodate its customers in light of this reality
