Economy flights Auckland to london. Actually booked Cathay pacific, however first flight from auk to Hong Kong was operated by air NZ. Staff wee rude, food was terrible, entertainment was old outdated and did not work most of the time. Plane was very cramped. The second flight (HK to London) was with Cathay pacific, which was far better, polite crew, better entertainment and seats - little touches like heating the bread rolls, instead of serving them cold and hard from the fridge make a difference. Really, Air NZ, I used to be proud of our airline.
