Never used Norwegian before. Made return trip from London Gatwick to Gran Canaria, on B737-800. Checking in at LGW was easy as was boarding, no hanging around in departure gate, just get straight on. Crew were very friendly, lots of info from the flightdeck. Plane was spotlessly clean, very rare on low cost especially, appeared to be new. Arrived on time, no complaints. Return journey, we had chosen flight because it arrived in LGW at about 1700, we got email about a month before advising us that flight changed, now arriving at 0100 the following morning. We were offered a refund but we knew (as did Norwegian) that we would not be able to get another flight at that notice for anything like the price we paid. Reluctantly we accepted the change. On arrival at airport the info board showed an estimated delay of 45 minutes, not very encouraging. We checked in ,again very painless. When departure gate was shown we went and again boarded immediately. Again crew friendly, apologising for the delay. In the event we left 20 minutes late and arrived back at LGW about 5 minutes late. All in all, we will certainly give Norwegian our custom again, and hope that they don't change flight times too often
