Flew Brisbane ,Hong Kong ,Toronto and return in A330 and Boeing 777 aircraft.Cathay changed original booking on outward leg requiring an overnight stay in Hong Kong without compensation.Maybe its an Asian thing but food tended to be mushy and tasteless on all legs.On the last leg Hong Kong to Brisbane aircraft was ready for push back on time,weather was fine but take off was an hour late.Airport is very busy,a lot of fuel is used just waiting for a take off slot.Cathay staff,ground and onboard were polite and helpfull
