United Airlines review by Barb 2015-10-15

Recently flew United to and from Paris, France from San Francisco. In all, we took 3 different United flights. On all flights, there were delays from 2-9 hours as well as mechanical problems. There were no extra amenities in Premium Economy other than extra leg room. The seats were lumpy and uncomfortable. On the flight from Paris returning to San Francisco, both entertainment monitors failed to work properly. On all flights, the food was the worst I have ever been offered on an airline.
