The Emirates canceled a flight and changed our tickets without our permission. When we called their local agent, no one replied. Then I emailed them with full details but no reply. Finally I had no choice to call their Dubai 009714214444 with my roaming phone and after long time waiting they didn't accept to adjust the flight per our needs and didn't care that the changes was their fault. The Emirates Flight considered us as their slave rather that passenger. Anyway, I decided to write this review to let the people know that they may lose all their plans. I guess they are not reliable Air Line any more when they cannot fulfill their promises.
