Flew four times in business class. Service gradually going downhill. I thought at least I could spend those Sinbad points from their loyalty programme. What a mistake. I could not exchange them for a smartphone as they won't send it to me. I was expected to go to Muscat to collect it. Oman Air blocked me from posting on their Facebook page when I expressed my dissatisfaction. Oman Air's loyalty programme is a big scam and they can't handle criticisms. A crap airline in every sense of the word
