Dreadful service, haughty staff, delayed baggage, no help, no concern, website designed to frustrate any claim - avoid air France at all costs. And if you fly through Paris airport you'll double your misfortune by not only flying with one of the worst airlines but also through the worst airport... EDITORS COMMENT: I don't think any airline has an easy claim process unfortunately. stick with it you'll get there eventually.
