Economy Class

Miss a flight. Requested airport tax refund. Was told it would be processed within 14 days. It has been 3 months. I have contacted them on multiple occasions. Was told it would be processed time & time again. Still Nothing. They respond to enquiries using a donotreply email. Worst customer service ever.
