Spirit Airlines review by Deirdre 2015-12-12

Bait and switch--told our carry on was acceptable on outgoing flight but needed to pay $100 at the gate before our return. I think the attendants get bonuses based on how much they can tack on in fees. To add insult to injury, when we got on the plane we had to wait an extended period of time before departure because the copilot was late oh, the crew asked us to join in the laughter because it was all such fun and they are all so easygoing....
