Economy Class

SAS has a terrible web site, perhaps the worst in the industry. It is nearly impossible to navigate the site to use SAS bonus points. So bad is the navigation that one cannot avoid the conclusion that this is a deliberate attempt by the company to make it difficult to use one's frequent flyer points. T
