Business Class

this was the worst experience i ever had as a bussiness traveler. my flight form Guangzhou to Indonesia was cancelled so i had to cahnge my ticket. no priority for bussiness-class travelers.... the day after i couls finely depart to Indonesia but after check-in no priority lane for security and customs (there is a priority lane for almost all other airline companies but not for CS passengers which was strange to me as CAN is CSs homebase. after a cabin attendent spoiles wine on my suit and i made a complain, it took me more than 2 months, 8 emails and 18MB of attachments to get a compensation of 30 euro for drycleaning... this was the worst experience i ever had in the bussiness class, both flight attendants and "service"employees seem not be intersetd in Elite Skyteam members form other companies.
