12 Dec 2015 - I travelled from Hyd to Del. The ground staff was slow and uncourteous. Similarly, the cabin crew was kind of disconnected to people's requirements. It felt like they are doing a favour while serving people, a cold attitude was clearly visible behind fake smiles. My seat was unclean, an empty bottle from previous flight was still there. The food was pretty bad, and of course you didn't have a choice to select except Veg and non-Veg. No announcement before food. No water was given before serving food. The take off and landing was extremely uncomfortable, the airbus was actually vibrating and making noise which was quite scary at a point of time. No information was given just before landing. Everything was just happening. When I asked for the feedback for, I was questioned why I need it!! Is this called customer service?
