We had a flight from Narita to Vancouver and then Vancouver to Denver. First leg, just fine. Second leg, they cancel the flight (NOT due to weather). Agents at the airport were very rude. I understand that things happen, but it is terrible customer service to interrupt your customer asking questions. "I'm so sorry this happened to you. I will try to help" is what should have been said. Also, Air Canada only has about 2 people working in the entire airport. Those people were clearly very stressed and the stress was being put on to the customers. I will never use this airline again.
