By far the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Was supposed to fly from lombok to denpasar on their wing air service at 11.45 to catch a connecting flight home to Ireland at 16.05 but the flight was delayed 7 hours and so I ended up missing my connecting flights from Denpasar and had to pay 900 euro for new flights. Not only was the communication from lionair during that time wholly inadequate, there was never any explanation for the delay nor was there any update on when the flight would arrive. Their staff in lombok were incompetent past the point of belief. I spent three hours in their office doing their job for them: finding out whether the plane had left from Denpasar and checking with my connecting airline to see if I could catch a later flight. It honestly seemed like they were all on their first day of the job. There were no protocols in place to deal with the situation and I eventually had to give up with them and pray that Malaysia Airlines would take me on the Denpasar side (it turned out to be too late when we arrived in Denpasar). I am deeply annoyed with the whole experience. Please take heed. Do not fly!! Pay the extra little bit for a reputable service
