Recently I was flying from Zurich to Yerevan with Aeroflot (I had 3.5 hours layover in Moscow). Everything was great, except when I received my luggage in Yerevan. The lock (to be more precise, not even the lock, but the lock holes on the bag, which means that the bag cannot be used in the future any more) on my luggage was broken, and everything inside totally messed up. I am sure it could have not been done in Yerevan, since it took me about 5-10 minutes to exit the plane, pass the passport control and reach the belt, where the luggage was already delivered. The same situation was with a few other passengers, who were flying from United States to Armenia. If not this incident I would rate the services as very good towards excellent. But this makes me to give the company an overall rating of very poor. EDITORS COMMENT: In the US if your bag is locked the security people have permission to break the lock and search it - it is part of their high security and is in fact becoming more common around the world. In America they suggest a certain type of lock so the security people can unlock your bag and then re lock it again otherwise if you don't have this type of lock they will simply just break the one you do have
