KLM review by Jason 2015-09-23

I was flying with KLM from Amsterdam to SFO on 29th of August '15. The flight attentant on my section was very unprofessional: she had a friend onboard, with who she talked for half an hour on the galley, blocking the path to the toilet. She didn't mind the passengers waiting for her to move on with her beverage cart. That happened several occasions, ans she was often distracted by her friends that she forgot few times to serve beverage to the passengers on my line. I've never seen such a joke in a flight.
