Iberia and Iberia Express review by John 2015-10-19

Very Nice flights. We went from Edinburgh to Madrid and back with Iberia express. Price was alright 140£ return. The flights were on time and we got there 15 min earlier than expected. Boarding is good they don't rush you and they don't care about hand luggage. Planes were very clean and tidy, cabin crew is great. They don't try to sell you all kind of stuff that you don't want so that's great. Seats are tight but you get that everywhere now...at least they are clean! We really liked the music on landing and take off, great idea. You can also get your avios for your BA card Just a bad point or two The pilots don't have enough communication with the passengers, they basically say nothing or not enough. My wife is scared of flying and it helps if you hear them. Very nice landings. We want flights to Asturias, that's were our family is! I fully recommend Iberia express they are a step up of easyjet and vueling and 3/4 up of ryanair. EDITORS COMMENT: Great feedback - thanks for sharing.
