Traveling to Calgary, the flight was 2 hours late; landing pretty late after midnight there. The lady at the ticket counter was snobbish. Though I paid the excess baggage fee (for around 5 kg overweight - which was pretty high - about 50$; though my other baggage was way underweight), she seemed rude. I have traveled on loads of international flights and must tell you that a few kilos overweight wouldn't be penalized so much. Crew on the plane seemed uninterested in the job and did not even say hello/welcome on our way in or out.
