Delta Air Lines review by Kursten 2016-03-14

I had a bad experience with delta. I got into a car accident in February and I needed to delay my flight one day and delta told me that I am out of luck and had to cancel my flight and lose all of my money and buy a new flight. The lady said that if transferred the flight it would cost me $200 dollars and it would be cheaper if I just canceled. It was absolutely ridiculous. Delta needs to be more understanding with emergencies. Because I gave them a months notice which is plenty of time. I ended up spending an extra $116.00 EDITORS COMMENT: Unless you had a flexible care that allowed changes no airline in the world would allow you a refund or change without a cost. It's universal policy around the world if the cheapest ticket is purchased.
