I honestly have never had a more frustrating or horrible customer service experience with an airline in my life. I traveled to Boston on Wednesday from Chicago for a company holiday trip, we always make it a point to fly JetBlue due to the great flight attendants and service during flights. My flight was booked originally through my company's card from Wednesday to Friday. I decided on Friday that I would like to extend my personal stay w/ my bf by a day but had to ensure we could catch a flight home early on Saturday morning due a family event that was very important to us. I sat on the phone with a customer service representative for an hour, going over the flights details, letting us know that there was an AM flight and it would cost 100 per person so I booked. After missing our flight, i realized i never got email confirmation which he promised me within 30 mins. When i called back to speak with another agent, they notified me that there were NO notes in their records of my call and I would be held liable for 550 dollars to change both flights. Absolutely unbelievable how they scam you into paying almost THREE times the original amount that was promised. Be aware.
