On my way to HK in biz class my seat did not work. I was sitting on bare metal due to the pneumatic cushion pump not holding pressure. I would call the available space economy plus but not biz class at all. Air canada needs to be aware that singapore airlines or even eastern china air has biz class seating which could pass as first class. Same thing happend with my seat on my way back from HK. Off to see a chiropractor shame on air canada. Will not fly again.
