Premium Economy
the worst airline I have experienced. I've now tried for 5 days straight to get someone to actually pick up the phone. Their web does not work and will not call up my reservation with either their locator or e ticket #. I've left the phone on hold for hours. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
