Economy Class

After trying all possible ways to explain my situation and communicate trough all channels, and see that Flydubai does not take action at all, I want to share how disappointed I am with it´s customer service. I understand that the political situation in the Middle East is not easy and processes are long. But there is not excuse to responde with generic emails/mesases or generic responses from uninformed representatives. Very disappointing to have to send several emails, messages, calls, for absolutely nothing. GREAT WAY TO RISE REPUTATION.
