Economy Class

I have been trying to get a hold of an AirAsia admin staff member so I can claim with AAMI because I am out of pocket from the volcanic ash cloud in Bali. I have called at least 50 times and get passed around and no one can help me. All I want is. A letter to show that my flight was canceled and no credit has been issued. Is that too hard to ask for? Apprantly yes. I will choose the airline carefully next time and book with an airline that can actually help send 1 email when asked.
