I fly Scandinavian a couple of times a year, my wife more frequently. Generally it is appalling, although flights do tend to leave on time and not suffer too badly from delays. I think that is the only good thing I can say about it - that and the fact that it is often cheapest flying Copenhagen-Toyo and is the only direct flight available.
