Malindo Air review by RACHEL 2016-07-12

My mother travelled on malindo airways on 24th June from Mumbai to HCMC via Malaysia, The ticket ,mentions the connection flight from OD 563 Depart from KL on 25th June at 8.15 and when we checked in we realised that there is no such flight, and she had to wait in KL airport for 7 hours before taking the next flight. I did write to your offices in mumbai, but none of your staff has the courtesy or is trained ot reply SUCH A SHAME ON MALINDO
