Cabin crew were rude, meals I saw were cheap junk and not worth the price, they kept cabin temperature down so they could sell blankets, seats were comfortable for about 2 hours on a 9 hour flight Oslo to Orlando, after that they were torture (Boeing's fault). Outside of Oslo, they do not have reps on the ground. If you have a problem, your stuck with little or no customer service. Cheap, but use them with extreme caution. If you need to make connections, be aware cancellations are common so allow plenty of time.
