Travelled with Air Canada - Halifax/Toronto/St. Lucia in February 2013. Service was snarky and inefficient, from check-in through in-flight. Comfort was marginal. Overcharged on credit card for in-flight services. Took 4 months to resolve. Overall, just a shitty airline.
