the seats are super uncomfortable, awful for a night flight! There is absolutely no legroom. If one person needs to go to the restroom, the whole row has to get up and stand in the isle. Frontier was understaffed, and mostly unprofessional. I did experience one male flight attendant who was cheery, kind and helpful.☺The others seemed to be robots with PMS.I traveled from Salt Lake City to Denver, then connected Denver to Raleigh Durham Airport, going round trip. Each flight was delayed. The Gates were mistyped on my boarding passes, sending me to the wrong end of the airports (respectively). That is not funny when every second counts before a flight...On my return, they were so late (the reason this time was not Frontiers fault. A man who was not supposed to be on the flight would not deboard, so uniformed officers had to come get him. Truth be told, he eas most likely a disgruntled passenger from a bad Frontier Flight. Then, there was some medical emergency with someone. Bad luck! 20 of the passengers had the same connection from Denver to Salt Lake City, we were late. Ok just bad luck, but the way some of the female flight attendants handled the situation was so unprofessional.
