Economy Class
We couldn't at any point select our seats via online checkin or over the phone. We couldn't even get seat allocation at the airport checkin. We were told we had to wait until the gate to find out what our seats were and if we could sit together. We paid for seats, why on earth are we treated like cattle with no rights at all? We believe they are trying to force people to upgrade to premium out of panic. Not something we could afford for an extra £300!
